In the USA, I think there would be a very clean line of demarcation between Trump supporters and opposers, not for war in general but for Trump-supported war. He has a cult following who regard his delusions with approval, and so far he has...
@John J.
In the (fairly rare) instances a where both red and green lights are visible, they might appear from a distance to be a yellow light, not readily distinguishable from a white light. That may be one of the reasons people breathlessly...

It looks more like 32 unique source noise frames which are reused with the columns permuted. So each frame has the same noise (where visible) as frames 32 frames away, but with the columns shuffled and blended or blurred a bit
A cheap fast way...
I did this using spare capacity included in my subscription (and one free reset) on and off over a week. Had I used the API, it would have been. quite expensive.
Again, that's not what I paid. It was free, as it was compute that was spare...
The first question that comes to mind is whether the noise can now be subtracted from each frame, just so we can get a clearer view of what the source layers were before adding the noise. I know that we have a positive ID on the "explosion" asset...
So, if I'm reading this right, it would have cost someone around $3500 to use the AI coding bots to help write this noise detection "plug in" ( I don't know what else to call it) for Sitrec? And that's with an experienced manager running the...
Apologies if this is a repeat question @Mick West but have you (or anyone else with verified expertise in that era) ever estimated required total time to create those videos?
Is "cheap/fast" the MO or am I under appreciating the craftsmanship?
The background noise in an image is the "grain" or "static", the random pattern of variations in brightness you can see here (contrast set to 5 in Sitrec)
I was looking for repeating patterns in the clouds when one of my bots noticed there...
If it is a helicopter the green position light would be on the right (furthest) side of the fuselage and we would not see it (post #55) if we are viewing the port (left) side of the (probable) aircraft, which I think we are.
If it is a fixed-wing...

Hey Mick.
The new Sitrec Live ADSB Mode is great, it seems to work ok generally but I've noticed a few bugs (or maybe they are features not yet implemented?)
1. The size of the planes in the look view follows the zoom level of the globe view...
I can think of a third reason: Non-Uniform Correction (NUC)
Each pixel of the sensor can have its own sensitivity (or even be a dead pixel), so when put in front of a black body, all pixels receive the same amount of radiation, but generate...
