If the witness saw these things "every night last winter", why has nobody else reported seeing them? Surely he would have told others to watch the sky at the proper time, wouldn't he? His whole backstory sounds fishy.

I found a frame in which there are a minimum number of satellites. High confidence. This is the constellation Aquila. Pretty much the same part of the sky as in this thread...
