Agree with a lot of this. I think my saying he "allowed" patients to consider their claimed experiences (such as baring and being shown hybrid alien offspring) as real is closer to how I read his work than saying he "persuaded" them that they... -

So the agricultural Desert Range Experimental Station -- established in 1933 -- was cover for investigating the crash of a UFO on the station's real estate in 1953? -

Just as modern smartphones should have produced better photographic/video evidence of UFOs, the advent of GPS has pushed all "buried treasure" stories into a pre-GPS timeframe.
