Note as well that the lanterns are made from different coloured paper, which changes the colour of the light in the sky somewhat (especially when seen together for contrast).

I think the images of Corfu Airport are pointing rearwards behind the wing, rather than forwards towards the engine nacelle and leading edge, which is why it appears after the Albanian coastline. I haven't seen anything that suggests the video...
