Looking at the UFO as it flies past and away from the camera, flashing lights can just be seen in the long exposure streaks.... Red strobe as it is close to overhead, white strobe as it flies into the distance... -

I dont think thats the plane. The flight path of the UFO against the stars in the video doesn't match the sitrec replay, even with taking in the fisheye lens distortion. It is close as it passes through Ursa Major but the turn isn't significant...
