What can be done about people like this?

I'm not sure if this is the proper folder to post this, but I did find this thru a chemtrail FB page.

Ever hear of "gangstalking"? These people think that they are being followed by what they call "hordes of people". This person is an extreme example as he has many You Tube videos filmed from his car where he accuses half the people in the cars going in the opposite direction on a 6 lane highway of stalking him.

Here is a video I found particularly frightening, as it appears he lives too close to me for comfort. I half expected to see my own car in the video.

Is there SOMEPLACE someone like this can be reported? I think the odds are good this guy is going to kill someone.

These people report themselves to the police all the time.
They call in reporting some vague accusations against somebody.
Cops can see the paranoia as well as you and I can.
The cops have a "crazy" file they put the reports in.
 
If you really think the person is a danger to others, then the best thing to do is to report it to the local police. As Jay says, they may well already be aware of them - but perhaps not of specific threats, etc.
 
I know it's not a big deal....but maybe Mick could correct the title when he has time? I think "don't" should be "done"? Sorry...I have fat fingers too, but I can go back and edit my sites mistakes...lol.
 
To provide a (tenuous) link from this topic to "chemtrails", I've been in a discussion with a chemtrails believer on YouTube for the past week or so, who commented that she had seen three short chemtrails over her house the other day, and then a low-flying jet went over her neighborhood. She interpreted this to mean that her activism had attracted the attention of the Powers That Be, and they were harassing her in response.

It's part of a general undercurrent of the whole thing... mundane background events are turned into something dangerous, intense, and personal. Being in that mindset must be like being in an action/thriller movie, all the time.
