It's suspicious as fuck to me how they're all over the scene before and after the fact. Not to mention, the exploded bag looks EXACTLY like the bag one of these contractors have down the black color AND the white square.

Because these are private military contractors and their backpacks look IDENTICAL to the exploded one as explained above. Look at the white squares. They were near the finish line BEFORE and AFTER the blasts. You don't think that's enough to warrant at least some minimal attention?
