Why CIA is publishing books about Illuminati?

I found some conspiracy claims in Finnish forum and then I had to do some search work to find out if they're speaking truth or not. So here we are, CIA seem to be now a source for some of those Illuminati related things, because their online library contains this book:
Source: https://www.amazon.com/Bloodlines-Illuminati-Fritz-Springmeier/dp/0972792929

A book about bloodlines of Illuminati, written by Fritz Springmeier in CIA online library
https://www.cia.gov/library/abbotta...ingmeier.-.Bloodlines.of.the.Illuminati.R.pdf

Illuminati card game. This seem to be a PDF made from the cuttingedge.org content.
https://www.cia.gov/library/abbotta...Planned.to.Bring.Down.Our.Culture..3.of.5.pdf

The problem is that I cannot find why these texts are in their library for public access. I can figure out some reasons tho why would they have such content, but cannot confirm. Of course conspiracy theories can be a national thread for USA, but because I only have links and I cannot find the files with their own search engine inside CIA library, I cannot confirm anything. Also, for the conspiracy theorists themselves, the fact that you can find such content from CIA, is basically a "fact check" for the content itself. Of course it's not that simple.

the first hint is the URL. it says "library/abbotabad-compund" (ie. osama bin laden)

these are documents that were collected by the cia and for whatever reason added it to their "abbotabad compound file"

basically as things become available to request under the Freedom of Information Act (if they are unclassified), they try to put them on their website so clerks don't have to waste as much time answering FOIA requests.

anyway if you go to your cia link and hold your cursor over the "contact us" bit in the document, you can see who wrote it or what website they obtained it from. In this case it says the website is called "cutting edge.org".

here of course is the main page for all "abbaotabad-compound" materials.
https://www.cia.gov/library/abbottabad-compound/index.html

it says these are materials recovered from the 2011 raid on the compound.
a file download warning says "please understand that this material was seized from a terrorist organization."

In an effort to further enhance public understanding of al-Qa'ida, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on 1 November 2017 released additional materials recovered in the 2 May 2011 raid on Usama Bin Ladin's compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

Thank you! :) The case seem to be very clear now. Because of my lack of English skills, I didn't understand what that "abbaotabad comboud" was about. I did put it into google translate and obviously didn't get anything meaningful.
