UFOs filmed from ISS. Starlink Satellites?

Russian astronaut Ivan Vagner aboard the ISS took a time lapse video from a nice Aurora Borealis. At 0:05 there are a couple of bright objects seemingly flying above the horizon. First thing that comes to mind are Starlink Satellites.
