Possible Photograph of a Drone or Unidentified Object Seen Over Bases in the UK [Kite]

In this post, the user says :

While browsing groups from the United Kingdom in search of new curiosities, I came across a post where a man claims that his mother photographed this object on November 30, 2024, in Margate, a few miles off the coast in the North Sea. Could it be a drone, similar to those observed over military bases in the UK?

Pictures are lacking much context and seem to have been AI upscaled a bit. But given the fancy lights, I'd say it looks like an LED kite.
I was curious what your opinion would be, glad you took the time to look at it. It was causing quite the stir on reddit.

Nice video of a similar kite being launched from a boat: amusingly with a "flying saucer" pattern to the lights:

Note that the arrangement of the LEDs and "flash pattern" of these kites varies quite a bit, most but not all have the red/white and blue fabric panels arranged like this one has instead of the more logical black fabric (so the kite would disappear against a night sky, leaving just the lights). The reason for that seems to be that the first ones were LEDs sewn onto an existing delta kite being produced, and factories who started making copies made COPIES, dang it, until they started going wild with different light arrangements.
