Just to confirm... it is a pretty standard LED "delta" kite for night flying. I'm away from my computer at the moment, but can post some images from my home computer later unless y'all are sick of seeing them!

Note that the arrangement of the LEDs and "flash pattern" of these kites varies quite a bit, most but not all have the red/white and blue fabric panels arranged like this one has instead of the more logical black fabric (so the kite would disappear against a night sky, leaving just the lights). The reason for that seems to be that the first ones were LEDs sewn onto an existing delta kite being produced, and factories who started making copies made COPIES, dang it, until they started going wild with different light arrangements.
