NJ - CNN shows a mysterious object with no lights and crazy shape [CGI]

CNN feeds the Viewer with Footage, and let this stuff unproven. This following object caught my attention.

Extraction:

This object is absolute black, has no lights and this shape is mysterious, this is maybe not any known air vehicle.
This object seems to let stars disappear in the background when its "fly" over, is hard to see but looks like it's a Video-Layer.
Then it gets blurry, that seems not a normal change if you're filming a flying object. So the objects blur out, but the city is sharp.
i also not very sure if this should be the City New Jersey.

It's crazy times. Unfortunately it's a big story with nothing beyond blurry photos and videos and people promoting the story.
