Island Beach State Park in NJ live cam lights

I can't find anything concrete on where the camera is sited, but it does seem to be pointing east into the Atlantic. What are those? The top right one (of the lower four--I think the top top right at the edge of the image is a star) later after a hitch in the feed several minutes later seemed to be moving to the left of the image, but was not blinking.

Thanks for the link to the beach cam. It will be interesting to see what activity it picks up at night. It is a very busy area off the coast for aviation. That leads me to the claims of a police officer and from the Coast Guard of mass drone sightings. It is a a very busy air traffic region and aviation lights can be misinterpreted.

ADSBExchange link to air traffic pattern sample from 8th December. You can imagine said observers simply misinterpreting aviation lights for the perfectly routine aviation in the area.

On ADSBExchange I see four planes over the Atlantic heading West towards NJ on Dec 12 at 6:30EST (23:30 UTC)

Hard to say exactly but I think they may be a good candidate for the four lights?

I suppose they could also be satellite flares but I havent checked SitRec.

I would say that is the time stamp. Difficult to make out. Possibly 2018 or 2318. I presume that they would be using local time?
