This GIF has recently been used to spread rumours that it is the latest evidence of a UFO incident at Xiaoshan Airport.
The funny thing is, I soon found the original video source of the cropped image：

That was my first WSitD guess - a router on a shelf - but looking at the CoCs as the camera was seeking for focus, they had the same characteristics as the medium/far field, so were not at a wildly different distance therefrom.
