Megabunk 'borg' sites, but are they all connected or just using the same templates?

They certainly seem related. This one seems more into new-age mysticism - on a wider scale.

They both are Wordpress sites, using the same BlogNews theme from Gabfire. It makes it look very professional when it's just the usual collection of cut-and-paste articles. Can't really tell if there's any other connection.
