I've been getting reports that mail to hotmail.com and live.com addresses was not going though, and I thought it was getting marked as spam. It turned out it was more serious than that, and all mail from Metabunk.org to hotmail, etc, was just being silently deleted, as my mail server IP address had been blacklisted (probably due to whoever had it last).
I contacted Microsoft, and had it un-blacklisted, so now mail should be going though. This should result in a more new members, and also some old members being re-bumped as their notification email suddently starts working.
It's still quite possible that emails will end up in the Junk/Spam folder.
