Helium Mylar Balloons (Letters/Number) near Gatwick Airport

Identified objects, but useful video reference. We see them clearly as balloons early on.

But some later shots are more ambiguous:

But looks remarkably like the Michelle Reyes fly-by UFO.

The other week my eye was caught by a helium balloon floating by. Although it was a cloudy day the balloon appeared to be "flashing"so must have been catching the sun from somewhere.

I took a video although it was a bit distant and my phone lost focus a few times. Hopefully this file won't be too mangled.
