Error codes? Double posts Please let me know?

Seems like something broke overnight, and although everything seemed fine to me, some people were having problems posting, getting lots of repeated posts, and maybe error codes. Also posts were not showing up in chat.

I suspect the problem was a small change I made to the chat code, which I have now reverted. It might be browser specific, as everything worked find for me, and seemingly a few others.

Please let me know if problems persist. And if you get any kind of error message I would be immensely grateful if you could let me known what it is (cut and past, screen shot, or just the number if there is one)

I figured it out, I was using a header that not all browsers send (HTTP_ORIGIN), so it worked fine for some, but not others. If you were affected, you probably saw something like:
