This is a recent (August 13th) post by The Conjuring House/Jacqueline Marie Nuñez claiming to be of an orb. To me it looks like a reflection of light, perhaps an LED flashlight, but I'm not sure. It is clearly faked though, further confirmed via Nuñez's ranting against naysayers in the post's text.
Sadly, this picture is a fake, exposed in "Calm down, they haven't really built a nuclear power plant next to a spider farm", Daily Mirror 25/03/2015 (link here).
But this sign is real
I agree with Mick's spider hypothesis. Although there's another interesting bug evident - something in the video processing pathway seems buggy. I presume the camera's on a low-light setting, and combining multiple captured frames into one recorded frame, by the looks of it at least 3:1, but the middle one(s) aren't being processed correctly. So you end up with a bit of the oldest frame as a trailing ghost behind some unknown-source background (that can't be the intermediate frames, as they'd be bleached out), both trailing behind the most recent frame.
Just something to bear in mind in the future if someone adds a "halo" or equivalent to their description of what they've captured. It's just a firmware bug in the camera. A freakin' weird one, now I want to download the source and debug it!
