Chat Room (Shoutbox)

I've added a simple chat room, "Chat" in the menu above. The forum sidebar should also show if anyone is in the chat room.

The chat room also shows new threads and posts, so using the pop-out version might be a useful way of keeping an eye on things.

It seems to me, that "our Generation" (With a pair of reading-glasses) just didn´t use chats.

I´ve tried to push the chat in the last 2 hours, but nobody wanted to join in.
