Can anyone explain me how to link a specific post?

Sorry to bother, I've checked the 'How To' section but I could not find this info.

I often refer to posts, ie. 'see post #108', but I don't know how to make that an actual link to the post (as other people I've seen they do). This is surely very annoying, it annoys me a lot too. Can aynone kindly explain me how to do it? Thanks

Click on the time the comment was posted, that's the direct link to the comment.

The post number also has the link. You can copy it on most browsers via the right-click or long-tap menu and then insert it into a post like a normal link.

theres an automatic copy button too. copies the link, not the whole comment

That's dependent on some settings. For me, the mobile version of the site only lets me copy this:

I need to call up the desktop version to get just the link copied.
