There was a helicopter flying over that neighbourhood, reported on by locals and tracked on FR24.

I haven't yet pinpointed the exact location of the video you posted but the houses seem to match this neighbourhood. The area where the helicopter landed is in the background in this view.

The helicopter in the picture below is a good match for the helicopter in the footage in question, depicted in the extracted frame below, which is also displaying a similar landing atitude (the round light in front of the helicopter is an artefact):

Is this the flight in question?

N9NJ, a State of New Jersey Agusta AW-139 @ between UTC 2024-12-09 00:20:33 (start flight) and 01:04:39 (end flight).

Zooming in on the flight track a little and we can see that N9NJ dropped to about 225-250 feet while slowing to a crawl while moving back and forth through this area.

Looking at Google Maps, there is a residential complex nearby that seems to fit what is seen in the video. Unfortunately there is no street view so I cannot confirm 100%, but I have marked the map with an X where I believe the video was recorded from.
