If HAARP could do something, it would need to be much more powerful than it is. And it would need to be operating. Saying that it did, is like saying a model rocket was used to put man on the moon.

The dispute over the Spratly Islands has been going on for years and is not something new. In addition to China and the Philippine, Taiwan, Malaysia Brunei and Vietnam have all made claims on the islands.

Major military facilities were maintained at Clark AFB outside Angeles City, Baguio City and Subic Bay along with a number of minor facilities. In addition the US has provided the Philippines with significant amounts of foreign aid: $610,800,000 in 2011 alone.

Earth has a land surface area of 148,940,000 sq km. China has an land area of 9,706,961 sq km. It's only about 6.5 percent of the surface are. Not even close to a third. Even if you remove Antarctica China's share of the surface area only rises to 7.2 percent.

When I lived there the Philippines had over 7,000 islands. Wikipedia still shows over 7,000 islands under Philippins sovereignty. What did you do with the other 6,000 plus islands?

I don't know about the U-Boat presence but I do know about heavy water. It is a manufactured product with high concentration of the hydrogen isotope deuterium. Deuterium does occur in nature but is extremely rare. Naturally occurring deuterium makes up about 1 in every 6400 hundred hydrogen atoms and is not found in "deposits". If the Germans were there looking for heavy water deposits they would have wasting their time but the Germans had some of the best physicist in the world and would have known better than to go searching for natural deposits of heavy water.

Some parts of the Philippines are currently predominately Muslim but they are only a small part of the population and are concentrated on Mindanao. So what? You are making assumptions without proof to try and validate your argument. Using your logic US policy would be better served if we concentrated on Indonesia.

This doesn't seem to be related to anything relevant. I'm not sure what the point is beyond devolving into some form of American jingoism.

Even if you don't know it beforehand, all of this is very basic knowledge that is easily researched. I picked the Wikipedia articles (there are numerous other sources) because they are easy to understand and cite sources you can look up if you want any more information.

The only fairy tale is the one you are weaving. If you were willing to discuss the specific aspects you would find that the science does not support your claims. I assume you are aware that the HAARP facility is currently closed.

The end result does nothing to point the way to how a radio transmitter in Alaska or anywhere else can generate, alter, or steer a tropical cyclone or any other weather system.

And what a coincidence!! Boom! Typhoon Haiyan comes in lays waste to the philippines and here comes an aircraft carrier NOT BOATS carrying supplies. but a freaking Air craftcarrier fully stocked with fighter jets (probably). COINCIDENCE? I don't think so.

Yes, in fact that's exactly what we want you to do. Since you won't do it, since no conspiracy theorist ever does, I'll allow you to stick to online sources. If you actually put up and do some legwork considering the size of what you're alleging, I would be impressed.

Oh boy, where to begin. First off there is no such thing as a 'deposit' of heavy water, much less under the ocean, and I seriously doubt any physicist has ever thought there would be such a thing.

Second, I'll readily believe seeing subs off the islands. During ww2, they were crawling with American submarines, looking for Japanese ships to sink. It worked, too, as we sunk practically the entire Japanese merchant fleet during the war. Unless you try to tell me your grandfather could tell the difference between an american submarine, a Japanese submarine (they controlled the islands for 2-3 years, remember) and a german submarine, considering he had likely never seen a submarine before, I think we can discount your U-boat story. (You do know a U-boat is a submarine, right?)

Now, what is your evidence that it CAN be done?

You're going against well-established laws of physics and understanding of the atmosphere. Considering that the Philippines are frequently his by typhoons, and this is not the strongest Pacific typhoon on record, there's nothing out of the ordinary about it from a meteorological perspective.

From what I've seen somewhere on Youtube that HAARP doesn't actually "create" storms per se. What they do is look at weather patterns like the "perfect storm" most times storms form over the ocean and hardly ever hit land and they use HAARP to "activate" some kinda of metallic dust maybe aluminum tossed out of a plane above the storm and then HAARP is used to "redirect" the storm to where they want it. so yea I stand corrected. they don't MAKE STORMS they redirect naturally occuring storms to where ever they want.

Just an update: In the first three quarters if fiscal year 2013 the US has distributed $9,388,327,794 to the Philippines from all sources. The US is hardly ignoring the Philippines.

Sorry we were able to point out all the errors in your logic and show that your post have no basis in fact. Showing all the errors in your argument is not attacking or bullying you. This website is about proving and disproving evidence. What little you have presented has been disproved. Maybe you should do some actual research before posting or if you want to continue to post without evidence check out the "Godlike Productions" website. They accept almost any idea without questioning its validity.

Your frustration is misplaced, though *perhaps* understandable if you don't understand some basic points.

Speculation is only of value if it's built on a plausible base - show one single element in that base to be lacking and the tower of speculation you build is irrelevant.
What's the point of saying 'what if' if the 'if' it's built on is shown to be impossible? Why continue? (outside of fiction writing that is).
Isn't anything built on a falsehood utterly pointless at modelling reality? That's what you were attempting to do here wasn't it, show that something may be a reality?

What you offered is all built on the premise that HAARP can effect the storm deliberately - it cannot. That's all it takes to render all the rest of it as of much use as a fairy tale - entertaining but not anything we need to think in any way may be true, which is what you're trying to tell us to do.

Maybe before you invest in a vast edifice of speculation so much emotional energy that you are offended when various of its assumptions are shown to be impossible, try and identify what base assumptions you are making that have to be true
and *find out if they are or not*. Then build and refine your speculation *according to reality*.
It will make it much more interesting.

You weren't interested in whether it was true or not, which is a little strange for this forum, and ultimately pointless.

Like I said, he's "not even wrong". Apparently he read at least a portion of the MIMIC-TPW info I gave him but he just doesn't seem to grok it.

MIMIC-TPW images combine satellite data taken at frequencies of 19, 22 and 37 GHz. The images are not depicting individual frequencies either, and 32GHz is not even one of the frequencies used anyway. The satellite data is calculated in a mathematical formula to estimate how much potential precipitation the atmosphere holds. I don't know where he gets that images of a dynamic system are somehow showing a "morphed microwave background" unless he's conflating it with the cosmic microwave background. Hard to tell with that guy, he just cobbles together sciencey sounding terms without actually understanding them.

Uh, no. Those charts depict signal strength over time across a certain range of frequencies, it's not an oscilloscope. The x-axis (horizontal) is frequency and the y-axis (vertical) is time, colors depict signal strength, the "brighter" the color the stronger the signal. Different types of transmitters produce different signatures on a waterfall chart so to say "this is what a HF transmission looks like" shows a serious lack of understanding the pretty pictures he sees. Here are some examples.

The third and last panel is of a MIMIC-TPW image that has an empty data swath, but he tries to pass off an obvious boundary between moist and dry air as a "normal composite edge"/"Normal Morphed Image tearing"... whatever that means because that terminology is nowhere to be found in the MIMIC-related literature.

What he calls a "spiral shaped long duration pulse" is a swath of data that's been extrapolated when either the time between data acquisitions exceeds certain parameters or the change in successive dataset values exceeds a certain amount.

So certain errors such as the ones dutch calls a "microwave/HF pulse" are just a product of how the algorithm handles intense convection or extrapolates for long gaps in data. Convection can cause errors, not the other way around.

Remote sensing images are not a Rorschach test, you can't just make stuff up and be "right".
