I think the planes with trails are Su30s. Apparently they perform fuel dumps by discharging fuel out the afterburner system without igniting it.
I think these planes possibly did some fuel dumps for the media cameras just as aerobatic display planes sometimes release ondina oil into the engine exhaust manifolds to produce "aerobatic smoke".
The fuel would be extremely hot and vaporised by winding through the hot afterburner system so will be a clear gas momentarily but is not combusting so will condense back to liquid droplets.

F111s used to do a fuel dump and burn at airshows but the fuel was not heated prior to release so was atomised into a mist rather than vaporised.
I suspect this fuel is released hot enough to be barely visible.

I'm watching it on the largest player and the engine nozzles seem to be represented by only a pixel or two.
The photos indicate that the fuel dump stream is considerably smaller in diameter than even the tapered end of the exhaust nozzles so would be sub pixel to the camera image sensor. Watching the vid closely at 0:41 I can see white glints close to the tail of the plane and also in front of the more evident beginning of the trail suggesting a very narrow stream of fuel mostly unable to register on the camera sensor, just as the wing tip rods do not register at all.

If you freeze the vid at 1:10 you can see a plan view of the Su and clear view of the exhaust nozzles. They are really tapered and narrow and thus any fuel dump would be half that diameter again
