New Element in Chemtrails

I once made a joke about the claims, and in a listing of what was said to be in chemtrails, facetiously included "whatnium". This article unintentionally parallels my joke:

Northern Rivers Echo said:
A group of local people concerned about the phenomenon known as chemtrails are holding a public meeting at the Italo Club next Wednesday, April 27, from 7pm.

A spokesperson for the group (who did not wish to be named) said chemtrails are “chemical vapours in the sky that consist of strontium, varium, aluminium and titanium that are affecting our immune system”.

It would be most amusing if this new element caught on. Also a helpful way of illustrating the general lack of fact-checking, and being excessively "open-minded" in the various conspiracy oriented communities.

The effects of "varium" are variable - various studies are looking at a variety of possible ailments. It is not known if vaccines affect the vacuity of the studies, or the vagaries of the valency of the element are being used to varnish the the vector.

or it could all end up as vapid vaudeville valetudinarianism.;)

Or maybe they meant vanadium?
