Blasey Ford Mind Control Experiments

The Brett Kavanaugh hearings recently found their way into the CT community.

Natural News recently ran a story accusing Christine Blasey Ford of conducting mind control experiments for the CIA. The claims are linked together by a series of unfounded correlations about experimental therapy, false flags, and mind control that don’t stand up to much basic scrutiny.

Mike Adams authored the original Natural News story, which appeared on October 1st.

Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford ran mass “hypnotic inductions” of psychiatric subjects as part of mind control research funded by foundation linked to “computational psychosomatics” neuro-hijacking (UPDATE 1)

(Natural News) (h/t to The Gateway Pundit for the initial lead). In another stunning bombshell about the hoax accusations against Brett Kavanaugh, we’ve now learned and confirmed that Christine Blasey Ford co-authored a science paper that involves her carrying out mass “hypnotic inductions” of psychiatric subjects as part of a mind control program that cites methods to “create artificial situations.”

Infowars also picked up the story.

The actual title of the paper Blasey-Ford co-authored is: “Meditation with yoga, group therapy with hypnosis, and psychoeducation for long-term depressed mood: A randomized pilot trial”
https://www.researchgate.net/public...-term_depressed_mood_A_randomized_pilot_trial

Natural News includes a link to the article, but not the title.

Obviously, the purpose of the pilot program (and that is important before we make the leap to “mass hypnosis”) is therapy for depression.

And, if you really want to push the point, Blasey Ford would be equally guilty of a CIA-sponsored mass yoga program, if you follow Mike Adams’ “logic” in his article.

Regardless, Natural News moves to the following conclusion:

From this published paper, co-authored by Christine Blasey Ford, we know she is intimately familiar with mass hypnosis, self-hypnosis and mind alteration processes, all of which are being deployed in this staged “false flag” assault on Brett Kavanaugh.

Except we don’t. Natural News makes no linkages between a pilot study addressing depression and a “’false flag’ assault on Brett Kavanaugh.”

Adams later returns to his main point by citing another study apparently sponsored by the Mental Insight Foundation, which also funded Blasey-Ford’s work.

The study openly discusses altering behavior and beliefs through the application of neurotechnology “inference-control loops” that “hijack” human anatomy to control minds.

This is some interesting and manipulative wordsmithing on Adams’ part. The term “inference-control loops” does appear in the cited article. The word “hijack” does not, although Adams placed them both in quotes when making the reference to the article. He is inferring content that is not there.

I don’t think the Mike Adams understands how clinical psychology works or what the research is attempting to do in a therapeutic setting. From Adams’ perspective, anything involving the mind seems to automatically involve “mind control.” There are too many gross exaggerations and departures from logic in his story.

I gotta say, kinda surprised this silliness would even warrant a thread. Natural News claims
[bunk]Through carefully crafted leaks, cover-ups and media narratives, almost half the nation has already been mass hypnotized into believing that an innocent man is a deranged serial rapist. Such is the power of CIA mind control, deployed on a nationwide scale [/bunk]

Since when has political spin become defined as "hypnosis"?

But at least Natural News links to all the sources that prove their claim is false.

And her 2008 study says hypnosis doesn't work.
Results indicate that significantly more meditation group participants experienced a remission than did controls at 9-month follow-up. Eight hypnosis group participants also experienced a remission, but the difference from controls was not statistically significant.

So either she sucks at hypnosis, or they proved hypnosis doesn't work.

As far as a CIA connection. The NN link says (bold added for highlighting)

Whether Blasey Ford's colleagues (or she herself) helped her recover false memories through psychiatric means, has nothing to do with hypnotizing the public. That assertion is beyond silly. Besides, everyone believed the accusations the second the first article hit the news.. so there was no time for public hypnosis.

Oh I'm sure they do, Alex Jones and NN must be employing hypnotic mind control themselves. :)

And of course there's a grain of truth here. The media wants readers and viewers, politicians want to get/stay elected. So they use deliberate PR and persuasion techniques to achieve their goals. So it's easy for people to extrapolate to more extreme forms of "mind control".

Natural News and Infowars have a lot of 'reach'. No matter how silly their material it is probably going to warrant some attention just due to their reach.

Natural news does have quite a large following. I would not be surprised if there were a chunk of people who actually believe this.

The target audience doesn't need to fully swallow the breadth of B.S. spouted by NN or Infowars. I have seen a fair amount of chatter just repeating the "Blasey-Ford works for the CIA" part from people not in that crowd. It is just pushing the "deep state" conspiracy theory that is pretty much mainstream among a certain voting bloc. I speculate that this particular conspiracy narrative is not organic.

Suspecting the CIA of some kind of diabolical activity is a default setting in the CT world and it does verge into silliness

Sometimes, the agency actually is up to something covert. I use a very good book by Nick Cullather that talks about the 1954 coup in Guatemala. His research is actually drawn from internal CIA archives. Pretty cool.

But no, that doesn’t mean every single thing the CIA does can be somehow connected to evil.
