Please Debunk This...NSA Whistle-Blower Tells All

And its going to be that much harder to debunk because a big "credible" newspaper reported it, so it has to be true.

About the only thing I saw that needs debunking is the claim the insiders referred to Stellar Wind as "The Program". A huge agency like the NSA would have hundreds of program running or in development at any one time and to single out one program to call "The Program" seems highly unlikely.

Can you be specific as to which claim there you want to debunk? Quote it.

When I post a video lets presume that all of it is true. If you see anything in there that you feel is false then let it rip. Its a very basic video with a basic theme, I shouldn't have to spell it out for you.

See the problem with that is that if I find something wrong, you'll just move on to the next thing. So I'd prefer to start at the top. What evidence there do you feel is most irrefutable and compelling?

Very interesting . . . legal nitpicking is a game of those wishing to avoid accountability . . . collecting data and storing it is not illegal unless you analyze it . . . Really???

that is not how this works TCO.

"When debating any issue, there is an implicit burden of proof on the person asserting a claim. "If this responsibility or burden of proof is shifted to a critic, the fallacy of appealing to ignorance is committed".[1] This burden does not necessarily require a mathematical or strictly logical proof, although many strong arguments do rise to this level (such as in logical syllogisms). Rather, the evidential standard required for a given claim is determined by convention or community standards, with regard to the context of the claim in question"

this should be an easy one for you to prove to us from my pov since its of the least irrational ct out there. AFAIK noone brings up microwave undulation or nibiru on this topic, nor does it violate 8th grade earth science.

In my anecdotal observation, it seems the consensus from a technical point of view its easier/cheaper to log most/all/lots of data in real time then look back thru it for who you want instead of individually tapping targets. so even if this sort of program exists, its probably just because its cheaper/easier/bigger/more thorough, like most things in government.

I basically believe this guy, but even if the nsa didnt do it, everyone would do it themselves via their facebook timeline....

Alternatively, lets presume that any false point, however small, invalidates all of the TCO claim.

I'm not sure there's anything to debunk. What the whistleblower is describing is well within the capabilities of any well funded organization, including of course the NSA. The "intelligence" organizations of third world countries can and often do use off-the-shelf products for performing DPI(Deep Packet Inspection), censorship, and siphoning and warehousing all internet traffic for later inspection. Degraded network performance and the cost of storing said traffic are really the only prohibitive factors. Many companies use similar tools for internet access at their corporate locations for security and productivity reasons.

It's scary stuff, but eavesdropping of all EMF emissions and subsequently warehousing them has been speculated upon for a long time: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ECHELON

Siphoning all internet traffic at major IXPs(Internet eXchange Points) has also been in the spotlight for some time as well: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Room_641A
