The bible says it is a mark on the forehead and hand. Not a chip. So either you believe the bible is the inerrant truth.......or you believe it is up to interpretation. If it is the inerrant truth then chips are not marks and cannot possibly be "the mark of the beast". If you believe it is open to interpretation then you can't claim infallibility and you have to put up with people pointing out rose-tinted "interpretations" that are discovered after the fact. And regardless of that, the law in question simply has no requirement for anyone to be chipped, or implanted, or marked in any way in the first place so the whole theory is a hoax!
