Creates a Google Earth FOV frustum (cone) oriented between two points with adjustable width and height
Points are specified by Latitude, Longitude, and Altitude (meters)
Example: 44.103508, -121.769293, 3160, 46.852111, -121.763740, 4390

FOV: (Horizontal Field of View, in degrees)
VFOV: (Vertical, assumes 3/4 Horizontal if left blank



Extra (m): (extra length beyond the target, or distance if you use a camera file)
